How do I send a Reel?

In Instagram, tap Share on the Reel and choose FOUND, or copy the link and paste it into FOUND. Public Reels from any account work.

Why couldn't FOUND open a Reel?

It's probably from a private account or has been deleted. You can also upload a video or screenshot from your gallery.

Are the matches the exact products?

Not necessarily. We show the closest products we can find in the stores we're connected to, and label how close each one is.

How do I delete my data?

In the app, open History and tap “Delete my data”. Or email us from the address above.
